Ordering by telephone was easy and Walter was very professional and helpful. The sprays at the funeral were beautiful, and the photos of the sprays on the website accurately depicted how the arrangements looked. The cards were done as we ordered, and spelling was correct (not always the case with other florists I have used). Email confirmation of the order was sent promptly and was accurate, Overall very pleased with the experience. If I need to order flowers again for a funeral in Hamilton, I will use Ava's Flowers.
