I called you from Minnesota about delivering flowers to my aunt who is turning 100 in a month. I think it was Rachel I spoke with, and she was lovely - very careful- repeated numbers and names - and suggested a balloon as well. The flowers were from my four sisters and I. My aunt was our favorite. So thank you for helping us with the surprise for her.

It seems that in this day and age it is rare to do anything without hiccups of some kind so I'm pleasantly surprised when something goes smoothly.
