The customer service representative that handled my order was very polite and friendly. I was calling from Port Dover, Ontario so my address and phone number were unfamiliar to her. She handled it well and with patience. I called the recipient of the bouquet, my husband's 84 year old aunt, and she was thrilled and described it to me in great detail. We normally visit her on her birthday but couldn't this year so I felt she deserved to receive something beautiful. I would definitely order from Avas Flowers again.

I had to change the date of delivery due to a conflict and the recipients would be out of town. It was handled beautifully. Thank you! I thought the handling fee should have been stated earlier in the process, however. It's a bit high.

I appreciated the fast delivery. My brother has terminal cancer and has always loved flowers. I was impressed with your website when I looked for a florist in the Alpharetta,GA area. The bouquet I chose was very pretty. ( I only wish I could have seen it in real life) I also appreciated receiving notification that it had been delivered. Thank you! Ellen
