The customer service rep (I think his name was Jeffery?) was excellent. He was thorough, spoke clearly, and pleasant. He thanked me for my business, which was nice. A lot of places nowadays forget to do that!

The all white floral arrangement was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I do want to thank you again for taking the time to include the special sympathy card with all that we wanted to express to our Aunt. She was a very special, loving, caring aunt to all our family and we wanted her family to know how much she was loved by us all.
