The agent I spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful. But the product that my sister received was less than satisfactory for the money I paid

I can't say anything regarding the flowers as I did not see what the recipient got, but I was told they were beautiful. I did have excellent customer service though as I sent the flowers to the wrong hospital in a small town. The company ended up bringing them to the correct hospital before I figured it out and contacted them. Very impressed with their service and help when I mixed things up.

My experience with you was excellent. The person I sent the flowers to called me to thank me and said I made a good choice by choosing Avas. She described the arrangement to me, and it sounded like what I ordered. Since I don't get to see the arrangement personally, I have to rely on you to send what I ask for.
