Excellent customer service. The dates were listed as flexible, but my mom still received her flowers on the requested date. She was surprised and loved how fresh and neatly arranged the flowers were and even loved the red bow. She was impressed that she received a phone call confirming that her flowers were delivered shortly after too. You don't get great service like that when you order from 1-800 Flowers that's for sure. Support your local businesses! Definitely ordering from Ava's again!

When you offer free shipping, you could perhaps let us know that there will be a handling fee. My Mother said the flowers are beautiful, and I appreciate you getting them to her on such short notice .
