Customer service was excellent, had to call to change order and very helpful and accommodating. Only issue was the accent flowers and bow were supposed to be blue and they were more of a purple. They were for a military funeral and so it was obvious when compared to other flowers and bows that were dark blue. Still they were beautiful flowers and a lovely arrangement. Thank you.

The basket was very pretty. Wasn't same basket as in picture and the ribbon wasn't same color as in the picture but ribbon went well with other arrangements. I was happy with it overall.
