This was a very last minute delivery that had to be same day, after trying to go through the "big" vendors I googled the zip code of where it needed to be delivered from, found you, spoke with a great customer service rep, Daniel, and could not be happier with the experience. I had NEVER heard of Ava or had any reason to trust Ava but I was in a bad spot and took a chance. I sent an arrangement to my daughter in Homer, Alaska, to be delivered on her Birthday. With fingers crossed, I ordered the flowers from Ava, with NO expectations that they would be delivered in timely order or be as beautiful as they were. My daughter called me to tell me they were BEAUTIFUL! They were delivered on time, on the right day and were EXACTLY what I ordered! I was floored! I would not have been surprised to find out I had been scammed, but instead, I was THRILLED! My daughter sent me a photo of the arrangement and I was so pleased! The flowers were carefully packed, lovingly arranged and delivered as promised. I will definitely order from Ava's again and recommend them to anyone looking to send flowers!
