I was very happy with the representative I dealt with on the phone. She was very polite and was very good at fulfilling a request that was actually about 15 minutes past the deadline. I was also very happy with the flower arrangement that was sent and how well the flowers are still doing. The BAD portion of my experience is that I wanted to do the order online since I was at work but every time I got to the end it would say there was an error and to try again later. I tried 4 different times and had to end up calling in order to place the order. Thank you.

Thank you very much. This was a bouquet for a family that had lost their son and the owner of the flower shop hand delivered them early because she had been speaking with the family's daughter and knew that the mom was really struggling. She gave them a bright spot before Thanksgiving that they really needed. The local shop went above and beyond to help this family and we are so appreciative.
