Very easy to order. I was amazed with how fast the delivery was to the hospital after I placed the order.

The flowers for my grandfather's funeral were beautiful. I was very pleased with the outcome and the staff were great to work with.

The flowers were very nice

I was ordering for the company I work for to be sent to an employee's funeral. I told the gentleman helping me what my budget was and he came back with a total of 40% higher than my budget. After talking to him for another while and another quote higher than my budget, I asked what else was in the quote. He finally told me I would have to pay delivery charges and a service charge because I was requesting a special delivery time. It would have been nice to know that up front as well as him being conscious of my stated budget. It took a lot longer than was necessary, not to mention somewhat frustrating! He was extremely nice and helpful otherwise. I'm assuming the flowers were what I ordered and were beautiful. I never was able to read what ended up being in the bouquet. I'm just also used to being able to deal with a local florist so it was a different experience.

I ordered the flowers on Thursday at 11:30 am. and wanted them delivered on Friday before 7:00 pm. I received a call on Friday afternoon that they were not able to deliver the flowers because too many orders had come in that day. I wasn't happy that the order was delayed but they finally got delivered to the hospital on Saturday morning. Other than that, the service was fine and I did appreciate the call to explain the problem because I would have been very unhappy with the flower order if no one from customer service called.
