The ordering process was very simple and the person that assisted with my order was very professional and helpful. The only thing I asked for was to see a pic of the arrangement I ordered before it was delivered just to share it with the group. We collected money as a group to send flowers and I wanted to share the pic with the group so they can see what I had ordered for our co-worker but that didn't happen. I didn't get a picture and when I called to inquire about the picture, the person I talked to said it was to late because the arrangement was already delivered. We are from San Antonio Texas so we couldn't be there for our friend and co-worker.
