The bouquet was more beautiful than I expected! The delivery was prompt. Everyone, including the family talked about how beautiful the flowers were. We got the order in fairly late in the day, so it was not a surprise or a problem when I got the email that the flowers could not be delivered on the date requested. It was refreshing to have someone communicate and indicate that our order was important to you and that you did care that you could not get it delivered. Great customer service! The only negative/suggestion I have is to make sure the card gets printed as it was entered in the order. A couple of the words got left out somehow, and it was a poem meant to be funny, so it was a little confusing to the recipients. Overall, we are pleased and would order from you again. Thanks.
