I am very pleased with the customer service that I received. The changes I needed where handled quickly which helped alleviate some of the stress of trying to take care of this from Michigan. I did not see the arrangement but was told that all of the flowers at the service were beautiful. I really appreciated the email confirming delivery as well as this follow up.
