I called later in the day on Monday; to see about getting an arrangement delivered the same day to my boss' mother. The gentleman I spoke to was able to contact the driver and have him come back to the shop to pick up the arrangement for same day delivery. I very much appreciated that and you have a nice system of checks and balances in place as far as emailing receipt after the order was delivered, etc. I also like that you have an answering service taking calls when the shop is closed.
