Marlin was the person I spoke with and his award winning customer service was what kept me from hanging up the phone. The background noise was very loud and almost sounded as if a party was going on. I wanted you to be aware of that so you could reconcile it, because I am sure I am not the only person who finds that unprofessional and distracting.
