Of course I haven't seen the flowers, but assume they were beautiful. Everything in ordering was super smooth and good - I just have one suggestion. I discussed having them delivered on Monday instead of Tuesday (the actually day of the funeral) just to make sure they wouldn't be late. I wasn't told there was an extra fee for that. It would have been nice to know that when I was making that decision instead of when I received the email with the itemized bill. Otherwise everything was handled quite professionally! Thank you! I loved working with Ava's- the prices and customer service are the best I've ever encountered. My only suggestion would be about the fact that i didn't get to see the finished product (which you most often never get to do), maybe a nice service would be to snap a photo of the bouquet before it is delivered to email to your clients?
