The flowers arrived in a timely manner and the person that took my order was very pleasant. However, the order was completely messed up, despite our lengthy conversation about what I wanted. I requested a vase of (just) purple irises and a little greenery and was assured the shop had a lot of them, so I confidently placed the order. My friend said the arrangement was beautiful, but I was disappointed.
