I was quite pleased when my daughter told me the flowers had arrived and was on her desk by the time she came back from her lunch break, which meant it was delivered by the time that I specified, and was a very bright spot on her desk, she loved it. Oh and the card was quite appropriate also. Thank you for your great service PH
