My first order with your company was an unexpected pleasure! I had previously been placing orders through one of the largest, well known floral companies, but they failed to deliver something that was very important with our last order. Switching to your company, I found the person I spoke with on the phone to be extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I also like the notification email when the order has reached the destination. I was so impressed with this experience that I called Ava's again the next time I needed to place an order, even though the receiver was located in a different state (I took a chance that you could do it), and again spoke with someone who was as great as the first individual. It is a pure pleasure dealing with your company and I will continue to do so!

The flowers were great and there was no problem changing the delivery date after I realized that the person to whom they were going was not going to be in the office on the date I originally selected. Great experience.
