The service was as promised. Thank you. I have one suggestion: Take a photo of the arrangement and email it to the sender (or leave it in an online portal). When you notify the sender that their delivery is complete, send the photo or send them a link to view the arrangement. Many who send flowers do so from out of town. I find that transparency is missing from the online order or call-in floral business. Your handling fee is high at $16 - I'd feel much more satisfied with using your service if I received the courtesy photo of what my order actually looks like. You would also stand out from other companies and could use it as a marketing tool. My step-mother took a photo and sent it to me - the arrangement was lovely and as described.

I had many comments on how beautiful the flowers I sent to the funeral home were. It's difficult when you have to order them without seeing them to know how it will turn out but received nothing but compliments. Would definitely use this florist again.
