I tried to order from the web-site and wanted to make sure it would be delivered on a certain day. The web-site said to call anytime, but when I called in the evening I never got to talk to anybody. However, when I did call the next day, the person I spoke with was very helpful and personable. I felt like he cared about my order and it was important to him Thanks! Lisa
