Your CSR was very helpful and made the transaction very easy in light of the reason for the purchase. Since I did not attend the funeral service, my sister did and was quite impressed with the size of the floral arrangement and the variety of flowers used in the arrangement and said it was the biggest arrangement at the church so "kudos" to you! Thank you for a job well done.
