I ordered balloons for my brother's birthday with no mention of the fact that he was turning 90. I thought I was just ordering 6 balloons. The sentiment on his card wished him a happy 90th birthday. When his wife sent me a picture of the balloons, I saw that a giant "90" balloon was included that I did not specify. So, someone there took the initiative to include to giant "90" balloons to my surprise. I'm very, very grateful for the thought & creativity on the part of your staff to think "above & beyond" my standard order. THANK YOU AGAIN VERY MUCH!!
