Hello- I am most thankful for having a flower delivery option so close to my mom; however, when she sent me the picture of the bouquet I will not lie in saying I was seemingly underwhelmed that a luxury bouquet (114$) that I gave the florists permission for artists creativity resulted in using daisies. (To me this showed lack enthusiasm, creativity, and just plain being cheap) I will make sure from now on to maintain stricter control on arrangement options. The bow, vase, and handwritten card were certainly a nice touch and I appreciated these items and was happy overall and will use again.

I was so impressed with the person that helped me order flowers. She was very compassionate, caring and helpful. This person was very thorough in ordering.
