Delivered on time, and very beautiful, Placing the order, the woman was helpful and I felt I would not have any problems. Since, the obit, said "in lieu of flowers" I still feel flowers are part of the service and I was glad I ordered them because they were the only flowers and really stood out. My niece took the flowers home and made an arrangement. Thanks, excellent service!

Being able to contact in order to modify order would have been more helpful had to change address and found it difficult to get a hold of anybody. But was able to and was very satisfied with the flower arrangement and delivery. Thank you for doing a great job!
