I was very pleased with the courteous, patient and respectful service I received when ordering a satin pillow from the grandchildren to be placed inside the casket. I had to make a revision to the sympathy card later that day and received the same excellent service. The arrangement and color scheme I wanted was lovely--simple and tasteful in design. I will definitely recommend Ava's!
