I just want to thank Danny for all his help and patience with my order. We are not from Lakeside, CA, and needed to send flowers to a family for the passing of their daughter/sister at what I knew was an extremely busy holiday time too. Full disclosure, I called another florist first and she was so rude and sounded like my order was going to be a burden since "it is the day before Thanksgiving!" To say the least, I kindly told her thanks, but no thanks and called Ava's immediately. Danny was extremely kind and walked me through the Ava system and assured me the order would be taken care with no problems. Because of Danny, I will be calling Ava's again!! Thanks again Danny!!
