Ordering process very easy, and delivery was timely. Flower arrangement was very well done. The only thing I would suggest is to display different images when clicking on the 3 different size selections. I really had no visual clue what the difference is/was between the basic vs the biggest, eg more flowers, longer stems, etc. The recipient was "very" pleased with them, and I would definitely recommend you to others.

You all were great, it was easy to pick out what I wanted on line and place the order and best of all, I was able to get it delivered same day. There was a small hiccup in delivery, as I can’t give out a 14 year old’s phone number (she won’t answer anyway!) but when you attempted to deliver and there was no answer, you called me and I contacted her mother and the delivery was made. Thanks so much for going the extra mile. As I understand it, she really likes everything!!!
