Jack was very gracious and helpful - I am an older person and appreciate honest help with varied aspects of computer ordering. I do not do this a lot, but it was important to do it this time for this fine person. That said, the bouquet was not as pictured, but was truly lovely and it was indeed placed later, and that may be the reason...I just had my heart set on the hearts one, since my little granddaughter is her heart for Christmas!
