I was very pleased with the order placement and the young lady who handled my order was very courteous and accommodating and was great about reading everything back to me. However, some how there was a name mix up in the end. The order was a funeral order for "Martha Crooks" NOT Marlys who is her daughter and very much alive. I'm not sure what happen, but I'm sure the family understood whom it was for. And I understand that the family was very please with the floral/fruit combination. I have always been please with my service with you but this was a bit of a hiccup. It was family so it was more acceptable.
