I really appreciated the two email confirmations regarding my order, and the delivery text. Those are very valuable. My customer service person was delightful and helpful although I found I was a bit slow to understand her accent. She offered me upgrades in price, but did not push. the flowers were delivered at the right time and were very pretty. I wish the arrangement had been spread upward a little, as it seemed bottom heavy. The flowers were just a shown on the website. in giving prices online you might make sure people know there will be a service fee on all arrangements. I will be a return customer.

I have not heard about the flowers - I assume they were beautiful. But I will say that the customer service I received from you was just great! I inquired via email to see if the delivery had been made when requested and was contacted shortly thereafter to say that it was being looked into. Then, I actually received a phone call from a real live person letting me know when the flowers were delivered (they were actually delivered a day earlier than requested - totally fine as it was for a funeral and made set up for the service easier).
