Somewhat disappointed that flower could not be delivered on the day I asked. Then the delivery confirmation said the flowers were left "on front door/front porch.." This was a nursing home facility where they were being delivered. A family member was there more than two hours after my delivery confirmation was received and there were no flowers in the room, causing me to have to contact Ava's flowers to follow up. The flowers did eventually make it to her and the person at Ava's customer service was very eager to help & quick to act and follow up.

I will definitely use this service again in the future. I was impressed with the quick same day delivery and being updated on the delivery status. My friend really enjoyed the beautiful garden dish.
