Just an idea, have the delivering florist take a photo of the flowers and send it (email or text) to the person who ordered them. That would be a nice touch, so the person placing the order can see what the delivery actually looked like.

I bought my sister a dozen of the Rainbow Roses today for her Birthday. She just received them and called me to tell me how beautiful they were. They are so colorful that she thought they were painted. I've never seen any like that before and I'm glad that I chose them for her. Thank You!
