I had excellent service. I found out about the funeral visitation at the last minute and picked Avas at random from an internet search as I live 2 hours from the funeral home. The person who answered the phone was friendly, you were able to deliver the same day, and the flowers were beautiful. One of the family commented that they looked better than any other arrangement there. I will certainly keep you in mind if I ever need to order in that area again.
