Flowers were very fragrant and looked like what I saw on-line. They were delivered correctly and on time. This is the 1st time I've used Ava's and will use them again since recipient was very pleased with the flowers. I had some concern talking with the person on the phone and had to repeat myself several times to make sure address, billing, names,etc. was correct. However, everything was correct and the flowers were delivered to my satisfaction.
