I was impressed with how easy it was to navigate your website. I was quickly able to order just what I wanted and set up a delivery. I was very please to get an email with links for me to use on the day of my delivery. My only disappointment was that I couldn't really track my delivery. I was told it was out for delivery that day, but I couldn't find out ahead of time the approximate time of delivery. I didn't receive word that the delivery had been made until 7:30 that evening and there was 0:00 as the time the delivery was made. It would have been wonderful and helpful to know right after the delivery had been made. That is the only reason that my experience was "good" rather than "excellent."
