My original order via internet, got lost in cyber space. I called the next day and spoke with William and he assured me he would re-place my order & I would be satisfied. I went ahead and re-ordered. The flowers were delivered as promised and my sister (recipient) said it was the most beautiful, freshest flower arrangement she ever got! She never heard of Avas Flowers, but stated she would also use them in the future. She absolutely loved the arrangement and the service. Wonderful experience!!!
