I googled florists in the town of Bellville and your company had 5 stars with great ratings. I placed my order from across the United states and took the chance with a local rather than sending FTD. My Sister in Law called that night and said they were delivered at the time I checked the box for. She said they were beautiful. Nice job!

The customer service representative with Ava's flowers was very helpful as I was deciding my purchase for the family who had lost their loved one. I was assured that the delivery would be prompt; I received a call before delivery, asking for the phone no. of the recipient so that they could be at home when delivered. An e-mail confirmation that it was delivered was very reassuring, since I was out of state for the week... Thank you to the staff for the assistance in placing an order with Ava's Flowers!!!
