My wife can review you much better than I, but she is ill, so I shall attempt to convey her sentiments. She purchased an arrangement for my uncle's funeral with Avas directly (not through a third party intermediary). The very FIRST think the order taker did was to extend her sympathy! My wife was overwhelmed by this. And it was very much appreciated! When we arrived at the funeral, the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL, and my aunt said many people had commented on it, And we were told that the arrangement had arrived in plenty of time for both the calling AND the funeral.
