The staff was very helpful and pleasant. She assured me of the quality and timely delivery. I asked her to send me a picture of the arrangement and she did!!! The service is great and they did a great job. The most impressive experience is they follow through everything I requested.

Ms. Carter was thrilled to get her beautiful flowers! The customer service was excellent as Anna was very friendly and helpful! Ms. Carter sent a picture of what she received (it was the first time she had ever received flowers) and they were what exactly what we had ordered. It was the great reviews that helped me choose this flower shop.
