As a former florist myself, I'm generally hard to please and I was very pleased with the arrangement you sent to the funeral home. Thank you. My one negative feedback would be the charges you add as I was placing my order on line. You claim to have "free delivery" but then charged for "express delivery" for next day service. ALL funeral flowers are express as we don't order until the last minute (and the next day isn't exactly last minute). Then there is a "handling" charge. Not sure what that is. I always find charges that are added at the end to be a rip-off charge which isn't a good feeling. It's so much better if you just include in the price of the arrangement. Other than that, we were pleased.
