According to the recipients, the flowers were very pretty. However, as they described the bowl, for instance, it was different from what I had seen in the photo on your website/ Why not tell customers that the actual arrangement may vary somewhat from what they see? Also, though you did deliver the flowers on the requested day, it was in the evening after dark--not what I expected.

Thank you so much for your prompt delivery. The flowers brought great joy, surprise and a little sunshine for my daughter and the helium balloon was very entertaining for my 2yr old grandson.

You are doing a great job, little concerned at first because I called in around the day I needed delivered and kept checking my emails to see if showed delivered, it did not, so I did not thing they were delivered for her Birthday, WELL, they WERE DELIVERED and waiting for her when she arrived back home later that day. You guys did your job and made sure my Birthday sis was surprised. She sent me pics of the flowers on her QUILT on table, she is a quilter, great presentation on dining table. May God Bless your business and know that you have a good customer in this North Carolina girl from now on. Amen Amen Amen
