We live in Toronto Canada.. I could not place the order on line, because the form refused to accept zip code,inspire of changing the country as Canda.. So I called and order over the phone.. estell was very pleasant, patient and funny.. She not only helped to take the order also convinced me to upgrade it to premium ..
