I have already gone on facebook to post my thoughts. I purchased flowsers for my mother's (81 years young) birthday. I live in NYS; she lives in Dracut, MA. The flowers were left with a neighbor who then gave them to my mom. What I liked was that the name of the neighbor was included in the email to me. My mother said the flowers were beautiful. Plus, I had ordered them the night before and they were delivered before noon. Very nice.

I thought I had a bad experience with y'all, but come to find out it was the funeral home. I will say, y'all jumped right on it and solved it super fast. The customer service was amazing. Thank you! I will do business with this company always.
