I was happy there were a variety of flower options to choose from and excited by the price and free delivery. At checkout there handling charges added, which I felt was misleading since I view delivery and handling as the same charge, so I was being given a "free" product but then charged for it anyway under different wording. I was told by the recipients family the bouquet was very nice, so that made me happy.
