I had the opportunity to actually see the bouquet that I ordered in person a few days after it was delivered. It was beautiful. What I really appreciated was the birthday card with the handwritten message that I had asked be sent. I had assumed that it might be a typed message. I was delighted to see that it was personalized as it meant so much to the recipient. I was very happy with the entire process.

I ordered these flowers on the phone with a sales person by thename of Frank, He did and outstanding job for me as I live in Florida. He went out of his way to make sure that all was ok and that everything was in order. The flowers were delivered the next day and today is the 22 of Feb and the flowers I am told are still doing well and as the receiver said tonight the are simply beautiful.
This is my second order with your company to the same person and both times your company and staff have not let me down. Thanks you for the great service and there soon will be a 3rd order coming for the same person. Frank, thank you for your kindness in making a very senior person very happy. GREAT JOB< GREAT JOB.
