Had a great experience with you all. From the start with customer service rep to the delivery Person I spoke with, everyone was courteous and assured me that the flowers I ordered would be delivered in a timely fashion. Also, prices were outstanding for what I ordered. I will definitely be back for future flowers.

The experience with Ava's Flowers was wonderful at a time that was difficult, as my Uncle had passed away. Everything with the company, from the website to this feedback is more than just customer service, it was care and caring for the order. I will mention that when the arrangement arrived, it was received with many compliments from the family, and when the funeral home was shown the arrangement, they refunded the casket flowers they had made as they knew they had not cared like Ava's designer did. Thank you very much for the few smiles and notes of gratitude I received from my family, as they are in Florida and I am in Louisiana and could not be there.
