I placed my order over the phone as this was my first introduction for a first time order. Your florist representative was excellent!! She was kind & patience with me & offered suggestions. The fresh cut flower arrangement was delivered on time and my sister loved them!! Great job Avas I'm will be returning for future orders.

The flowers, etc. were delivered on time and apparently were enjoyed. The chocolates were certainly popular. Since flowers had to be substituted for the pictured arrangement, I don't know what the final product looked like.
