I greatly appreciated the kindness and understanding of the young lady who helped me. I was very thankful of her putting me on hold while she called the church to gather more needed information. Of course not being able to really see what I was ordering, she was very reassuring that my order would be very nice... her favorite she said. I heard later from a friend that the flowers were "lovely." This was important to me because being out of state the flowers would need to "represent" me. Thank you for doing a great job and being considerate of the feelings/emotions of your customers.

One of the two balloon had burst. But aside from that, my mother adored the bouquet. I will definitely use Ava's Flowers again.

The Arrangement was beautiful and enjoyed by all.
