I ordered these flowers the afternoon of the day before the funeral. Because the website didn't give me a time of day option for delivery, I called the customer service group after I placed the order. The girl on the phone was simply amazing. (I unfortunately did not write down her name.) I manage a customer service team and understand the struggles that customer service reps often face, and I was impressed with how she handled my situation. She notified me that my flowers would not be guaranteed a time of delivery since what I chose would have to come from the farm and they would arrive via UPS. Under no circumstances was I having boxed flowers arrive at the funeral of a 7 month old child. She listened carefully and was empathetic and asked to place me on hold. When she came back a minute or 2 later she stated that she would have a similar product designed by one of the local designers and have them delivered before the service at 2pm. I asked that something blue be placed in the flowers and she said that would be taken care of. When she asked if there was anything else she could help me with, I let her know how easy she made this process for me and how much I appreciated it. I don't know if you can track back the representative that spoke to me about this order, but another thank you from a very satisfied first time (but not last time) customer would not be out of the question!
